Engine lab

       The engine lab is a specially built for engine performance test, consistingfourlabs,namely ACD-5.5,ACD-22,ACD-30,，and DZDC-55S,，which are capable of inspection and R&D test of motorcycle engine of power range between0.5 and 55 kw. It can satisfy the requirements of national standards, European standards, U.S. standards and ISO international standards.

The 120 kw engine lab is under construction, which is expected to be built in the first half of 2017.The dynamometer and fuel consumption instrument are manufactured by the AVL company, so the lab will become an internationally leading engine lab.

Our dynamometer has the following advantages:

● The latest IGBT technology resulting in optimal alternator efficiency and minimum power distortion

● The stator current flux vector control leading to the highest torque response

● The optimized rotational inertia bringing about wide variable speed range

● The cutting-edge design allows the high vibration of internal combustion engine connected in extreme air and environment conditions (maximum: 7 mm/sec)
